The price includes TV & internet, bed linen, towels & toilet paper, kitchen rag, dish towels & washing-up liquid, electricity & heating, as well as final cleaning & Südtirol/Alto Adige GuestPass with numerous benefits.
A stay of less than 3 nights is only possible in the low season. The high season price applies.
If the holiday flat Keilbach is used as an additional bedroom and the kitchen is not used, we grant a price reduction of 10%.

Payment modalities
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 20% of the booking price is required by bank transfer.
Only cash payments up to a maximum of €999.99 are possible at the farm, there are several ATMs in the village of Steinhaus. We also accept a bank transfer in advance.

Cancellation conditions
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code, but we grant the following cancellation conditions:
>> Up to 2 months before arrival the deposit will be retained
>> From 2 months to 3 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the travel price.
>> Within the last 3 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
>> In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked days will be charged.
We expressly refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
